Check company credentials and insurance. Companies build websites that are very convincing with extensive biographies and often post pictures that misrepresent the company. Once a contract is signed the client is now stuck with a guard that is not qualified or may not show up at the location on time or at all. Potential clients should also ask about how the company manages or supervises their guards out in the field. Very important.
