I was very hesitant to let a stranger in my house. All I can say is that David is really professional and a very nice guy. He was on time and did a thorough job cleaning up. He changed out my garbage disposal and also helped me with my faucet. He even taught me what to do just in case my garbage disposal needs changing again. If I ever need a plumbing job I'm definitely hiring him. I'm telling all my family and friends about him. Don't think twice about hiring another contractor ...call David!

Matt did an excellent job. My rental property had some leakage problem in the drainage pipe connecting the washing machine. He was really honest and told me what the problem was and explained thoroughly what caused it and how he is going to fix it. He is somebody you can depend on. Thanks to Matt. My washing machine works perfectly fine now.

Jeremy was the BEST ... on Thumbtack he is labeled as a handyman but he literally can do anything. He was on time, professional and ended up doing all kinds of things when we moved in (installed 8 ceiling fans - some very high, hung heavy items on walls, moved light sconce/electrical box locations) and he was so fast and efficient. We had lots of different contractors here and he actually helped them out on occasion. So great to work with and a great economical choice. Highly recommend.

Excellent work, very easy to talk with, arrived on time. I have used them for 4 or 5 different jobs including carpentry, plumbing, electrical and even had them install a pool fence. I am very happy with this handyman and I plan to use him for more project soon.

You can use all five of the qualities above to describe Martins work. He is very knowledgeable and took care of some difficult plumbing repair for me. I will use him in the future and recommend him highly to others.

I was so pleased with Lane. The job I hired him to do was not as big as I was told by two previous contractors. He was thorough and took the time to make sure the job was done right the first time. The quality of his work was excellent. He explained what needed to be replaced and why and answered all of my questions. I would definately hire him again if the opportunity presented itself.

Compared several plumbers for our water heater replacement. Mr. Bishop was the least expensive, by about 15-20%. Based on overwhelming good reviews, I contacted him and had him do the work. In addition to inexpensive, he is very professional, very fast, and very accommodating in scheduling the work. While he was here I had him give estimates on two other plumbing projects we have, and am sure we will use him again when the time comes. highly recommended!

I couldn't be happier! Technicians were superb in every way. Perfect new in wall plumbing for water softener in a home with no loop. Asked me exactly to the half inch where I wanted things placed, what fixtures I wanted used down to every last detail. Pricing was very competitive and Ben's follow up to land the job was impeccable! Thanks guys :-)

Carlos was personable and responsive. I had a lot going on with a full home remodel job and he was great about working with my schedule and other contractors as well. He did everything from replacing toilets and faucets, to installing water and drain lines. He checked everything over for me and recommended some things I hadn't considered but needed to be done. He gave me a fair price for what he did. It was actually a great price because I trusted him and I was gone a lot and is hard to put a value on knowing the person working in your home is honest. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Carlos for a job well done!

EXCELLENT RESULTS!!! SOLID TEAM, CONSISTENT FOLLOW THROUGH!!!! THIS IS WHAT WORKING WITH A CONTRACTOR SHOULD BE!!! Josh Rudin and his team at ASAP RESTORATION completely restored our home after it was flooded. We are so happy we ended up hiring them. They knew how to work with our insurance company and were always delivering a great quality job on time. Jason was our Project Manager and I know we couldn't have gotten through all of this without his help as well. Everything from sheetrock to drywall and painting to door trims was well done. We got to know the staff well, and they were such nice people with good work ethic. ASAP also has great sub-contractors. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops. They recommended great quality products and have the right professionals for installation. I'm in the design business myself and had never been through an experience like this with flood damage. I can't say enough about the professionalism and follow through from ASAP. I would and will recommend them to my friends and family. Also important to note, if they have a point of view on something that would look better, listen to them, they know their business. We went back and forth on a few finish options and whenever I took their advice, I was happy with the end result! I may be a designer, but I believe you can always learn something new if you stay open! Here's the reality check. You as the customer have to do your homework too. Don't expect them to bring you lots of floor samples and counter top samples and cabinet samples. That is time consuming and not part of their job. But do feel free to ask them for advice on where to go to check out materials, they have great sources!! My opinion is, when you go through something like this, you have to take the time to understand what your insurance company is willing to pay for. Talk to your adjustor if you have questions. And once you know, for example, what your budget is for kitchen countertops, go check out material pricing at Lowe's. Then you can have a reasonable conversation with your contractor. If you don't do your own homework and just leave it in your contractor's hands, you will be fine - just don't complain if it isn't exactly what you imagined. Hiring a contractor is a 2 way relationship. If you don't do your part, you shouldn't complain unless something is actually installed wrong. We are very happy with all the work performed by ASAP!! SO GRATEFUL TO ASAP RESTORATION FOR MAKING OUR HOME BEAUTIFUL AGAIN!!

John was wonderful. This project started out as a simple replace some patio wood that had some water damage. It turned into a LOT more than that. John kept with it the whole way, helping us save money where we could. But, the project ended up costing 7 or 8 times more than we had anticipated. Not because of anything John did, but because of how bad the water damage was. John got it fixed using some sub-contractors for painting and roof work, with no problem. Great job John! I highly recommend him for your project! Scott M.

We have hired contractors before but none have exceeded expectations like HCN Home Improvements. We were very particular and specific with what we wanted and we are ecstatic with their communication, timeliness, performance, and value. The project was for an addition but they made it look like it was part of the original floor-plan. We have hired them for additional projects and are looking for others. They ROCK!

Elite did a very professional job clearing a clogged sewer line with the use of camera equipment. They responded quickly and found the problem and just as quickly replaced the clogged section and resolved the problem. Would recommend their services.

Diggers Plumbing came out, professionally evaluated our situation with a sewer we need replaced. They acted professionally throughout including calling when they were running a little late, and otherwise showing up when they said they would. The job was completed quickly and professionally exactly as they said it would be. The ground was covered and compacted.
