- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $25 for a 45 to 55 min lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is ask questions "what kind of music do you like? "What would you like to accomplish with lessons?" "How much time will you devote to practice (so I can pace your lessons accordingly)" "How will you practice - pad or kit?" etc...
