FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I have 2 very different client populations. First are clients that are looking to use therapeutic massage to relieve acute pain and to maintain their health and stress. They tend to focus on the trigger point and swedish and deep tissue types of massage. The second are clients that are looking to use craniosacral to relieve acute pain, release long term body imbalances and/or release emotional patterns.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Every therapist is different. There are a couple of things you want to consider. First you want to confirm licensing and education. After that the true test of whether the provider will be helpful of you will be the hands on work. Get a session from them. If this is your first ever session of that type, be it massage or craniosacral, then consider trying multiple providers, 3-5, to determine if you have found the one that best meets your current needs.
