Introduction: I started this business wanting to provide service treating people how I want to be treated myself. Far too many people in the industry take advantage of the pool owners lack of knowledge to make money on things that the homeowner didn't need. That really upset me so I wanted to be one of the rare companies that actually educates their customers so that they understand what is going one and let them make their decisions themselves the best I can.
I enjoy actually helping people, teaching them about their massive puddle of water and noisy equipment in their backyard. I enjoy turning an ugly old pool into an inviting Oasis that the owner actually wants to use. I enjoy meeting new people and making friends along the way

Elite Pools has been our pool service for 3 years and we could not have found a more professional and honest person then Damein to take care of our pool system.
We were out of town and our pump broke down. Damein called us immediately and even went the extra steps to get us a new pump (at a great value) and install it while we were away. He took care of everything, with no stress or worry to us.
Beyond the excellent job caring for and maintaining our pool he also keeps us updated on any issues with our home when we are away.
If anyone is looking for a reliable, dependable and honest company for any pool or spa services, Elite Pools of Gilbert AZ would be it. They earn way more than 5 stars.

Damien from Elite Pool Management has been helping with my pool for years. In the beginning I just had him come clean out my filter for me. Every time he arrived in a timely manner and always had the filter cleaned quickly. He often would come by just to help give me advice as I tried to care for my pool mostly on my own. I would call Damien with questions and he would always be willing to give answers. He is very kind and very knowledgeable. He tries to make owning a pool easier on me. I have also had him drain my pool and clean it and then start it back up again. All done professionally, efficiently, and for a good price. His prices are so affordable that I now have him do my weekly pool service as well. I highly recommend.

I have been working with Damien and his company Elite Pool Management for a couple of years now. He manages pool services for 2 of my properties, my personal residence and a rental property, and I could not be more satisfied. He is a solution based service vendor that offers excellent customer service. He does a great job of communicating with his customers and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for top notch pool service that offers more than just chemicals and weekly cleaning. There has not been any issue that I have brought him that he has not been able to offer a solution for. He is the one maintenance vendor that you will never have to follow up on, or receive a complaint about!
