I trained with Carolyn for over a month when I used to live in Tempe. She is great with the kind of exercise she makes you do, depending on your body type. She gave me some great tips on eating right. She does Yoga and I do Yoga a lot. I improved some of my Yoga poses while training with her. She is very passionate about fitness and gives her best while training you. I enjoyed training with her.
Donna was a great choice for a yoga instructor to come to our house during a bachelorette weekend! She provided mats and blocks and her music was great! It was a perfect class for all levels and we all had so much fun!

My college girlfriends and I visited Scottsdale for our 10 year reunion trip. We contacted Autumn a few days before our arrival to see if she would be able for a private group lesson. She went out of her way to accommodate our last minute request and our time with her was amazing- probably the most fun activity during our visit! There were 10 of us, all with varying degrees of experience, and she was able to keep things super fun, yet challenging for everyone! We all loved her and can't wait for our next trip and yoga class with Autumn! If your in the area and need a yoga instructor, you would be remised not to contact her- she is the best!
I have been working with Donna for the last six months. She is the consummate professional that pays very close attention to the student to ensure that they get the most from the experience. With yoga I have learned that form is everything and her attention to detail with respect to the students form is impressive. She doesn't miss a thing. She is very punctual and her demeanor is very pleasant. Before yoga I had issues with lower back pain and working with Donna has immensely improved my situation. I highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about improving their overall flexibility for health or jump starting their experience with yoga. You won't be disappointed.
I took a multi level yoga class with Danielle a short while ago. She is an amazing instructor. Danielle brings a great deal of knowledge of yoga and different positions to her teaching. She had been extremely helpful to me in instructing poses to work on specific muscle groups. I have taken yoga classes for almost twenty years and was very impressed and enjoyed taking classes with Danielle.
A year ago I began the practice of hot yoga at my daughters encouragement. My daughter is a yoga instructor and said it would be good for me at this stage of my life. As a senior citizen, I was reluctant to start the practice of hot yoga. I agreed to take yoga classes at my daughters studio and that is where I met Shelly White another yoga teacher and friend of my daughter. I immediately fell in love with Shelly. Her big beautiful smile and her caring personality was what I found to be encouraging to me starting this program at my age. I soon joined a yoga studio near my home and was pleasantly surprized that Shelly taught one of my Friday afternoon classes. A bundle of nerves starting this new venture, Shelly sooned calmed me down and was very helpful to me as I learned the class and the poses. Shelly made me comfortable by being so helpful and patient with me that I never missed her Friday afternoon class after that. We have become great friends and Shelly is the greatest teacher who helped a senior start a new program of hot yoga.
Yoga with Natalie is a wonderful experience because she makes you feel comfortable no matter your skill level and will easily customize options for what works best for you. I was nervous going into my first yoga class ever, but Natalie made me feel at ease and helped me learn how to use my breathe and harness my inner strength to do moves I never thought I would be able to do! I personally find her music choices and inspirational words to be just right, mixed in with a wonderful workout. Overall I would say if you have a chance to go to yoga with Natalie and can, then DO IT! I promise you you will not regret it!
Danielle is an excellent instructor. Her attention to detail and method of instruction is both professional and calming. She ensures proper posture and technique with each step of instruction. I would recommend her to anyone looking for yoga instruction from beginner to advanced levels.
An amazing first time experience with private instruction. Full service with an extremely knowledgeable instructor who both worked at my pace and provided a custom session based on what I wanted to get out of the experience. Green Mat Yoga is definitely the way to go!
I have had the opportunity to have one special yoga session with Terri. And, though my schedule has not permitted me to attend again I hope to work with Terri in the future. I found Terri to be very pleasant. Her class was very informative and she delivered as promised for a doable yoga session that incoropoates pain management in the class for people with pain or problems due to lack of range of motion. I highly recommend discussing with Terri your physical problems and goals as she has very creative ways to help overcome or manage problems and yet achieve goals.
I love Natalia! She is a wonderful teacher with a perfect yoga voice. Her energy and commitment to each practice is very rare. I practiced yoga through all my pregnancy with her and I am still in after birth. You will not be disappointed and if you don't love yoga yet you will!!!

Mercedes Glendon is an outstanding yoga instructor with a love for her work. For me (someone who is just restarting her yoga journey) , it was challenging enough to where she encouraged you to push yourself and your body to a point of great appreciation for your body's ability but also still focusing on calming and relaxing your muscles and your mind. The yoga techniques and exercises truly leave you less stressed than when you came in especially with the amazing essential oils used for her massages! Thanks for such a great experience!
