Honest, charged a fair price for what was done and was honest about what could be done. Unfortunately he was not able to completely fix my printer, but that was not his fault. Parts for my printer just were not available, but he was honest about it.

David was awesome to work with. He was helpful, honest and professional. Unfortunately, the part that needed to be replaced was not worth doing, but that was not Affixs' fault. He did a great job for us just by coming out and letting us know what was wrong. Thanks David!

It was a wonderful experience working with Affix. Dave was professional, courteous and prompt and got the work done quickly. In a business where most companies want you to subscribe to a service contract or "open up an account" and where you get a lot of runaround, it was refreshing to just request a service call, an get one!
