I do not have enough good things to say about Dianne! Dianne is beyond professional and has intensive knowledge about canines. My dog, Spirit, has behavioral problems that I learned cues and demands to ease him to become a calmer dog. I do not know who learned more between my dog and me. I definitely recommend Dianne’s services to anybody and everybody, two and four legged.

I have used Diane before and she was the 1st one I called to train me and my 2 dogs, basset hound and great Dane. She helps me read their body language and feel comfortable about what I am doing. She has great authority and understanding of both animals and humans... I learn something new every time. She is also a very nice person and would recommend her to everyone!!! 🤗

Dianne was great! She was personable and flexible working with my schedule. My dog made great strides with her, and we are well on our way to getting him registered as a service dog! If I wasn't moving, I'd be continuing my training and training my future dogs with Dianne. I 100% recommend her services.

We have 3 cocker spaniels. After the training sessions, we have much better control when leash walking, individually and with all 3. We have strategies for barking and door etiquette. We have ways to use energy at home. The training was well worth it.

Dianne was amazing. Hermes is our first Weimaraner and we had a lot to learn! She not only taught us training techniques, but also the mindset of our dog. It was the missing piece that we needed to make training click for us. He is doing great now though thanks to Dianne.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing - is in Packages of - 1-(consultation) 3,5,7,10,15 sessions. The 1st session usually is about 1 1/2 - 2 hours in length. Training starts the 1st time we meet after addressing, history and what you are wanting and your expectations from training. Every other session is about an 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes. Packages are discussed with you and will be determined upon your needs and the dog.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the 1st session, I get a history and good sense of what is going on, the dynamics of the "pack" (human and dog (s) ). We start training within the session and towards the end close with the decision of how many sessions are necessary and or wanted It is your decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CERTIFIED Mentor Trainer - for Animal Behavior College - Which means I, Mentor Students of Animal Behavior College. A Behavior Consultant for- AHS, MCAC
