- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When a customer books more than one or two performers from BZEE, we can be more flexible in pricing. Our prices have remained relatively the same since 2008!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We truly enjoy speaking with customers by phone. The reason is that we are able to exchange much more meaningful information quickly and really HEAR what the customer is looking for, and their expectations. This way we can reassure them, and provide helpful information which will result in a more successful outcome for everyone!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly! Memberships in various trade organizations and being a part of social media centered around the hospitality industry keep me informed.
