With Aaron, all you need to do is tell him what you're looking for, if you have any limitations, and then make a commitment. From there, he'll help you with a nutrition plan, and then get you into the gym and a solid workout. He's as solid and reliable as they come, and an excellent supporter of your well being. I have worked out with Aaron for several months now and he has been nothing short of awesome. Even on days when I was not at my best, he still managed to bring it out of me. He does not let me have bad form, and does not let me cheat on my workouts. He is very positive and encouraging and he will work with you no matter what the issue is. He has built me up from being so far out of shape to at least respecting the results that I see, and desiring more. I have a little while to go to achieve the results that I want, but there is no one else out there besides Aaron that I'd work with.

Aaron has been my trainer for over 2 years and I have been extremely pleased with my results. My main concern I had in the beginning was a trust level that while training, that my best interest and safety were always ensured and Aaron has always stepped up to this. He is continuely working on new methods, and constantly changing so I never know what to expect but to have a great workout. My endurance has increased more than I expected due to my workouts . In my liftime I had never thought I would be achieving this goals, and with his help I am closer than I ever thought and I am very gratefull for his patience, and guideance, and persistence to help me achive this. I am 46 years old, and proud to have Aaron as my Mentor and trainer on this great journey.

I have been working out with Aaron for quite some time now and I have nothing but positive things to say about him! He is excellent at pushing you without going overboard, and he is very results oriented. He will ask what YOU want to achieve and then he will help you achieve it! By working out with Aaron I was able to get to my ideal weight. I am a rock climber and I asked Aaron to help me climb stronger and with him I've definitely seen my climbing skills improve! My workouts are written specifically for me and the results I am looking to obtain. He is also very knowledgeable about HEALTHY diet plans so if that is something you need help with he is definitely a reliable resource for that! If you are looking for an amazing personal trainer, Aaron is the way to go hands down!

Aaron has been my personal trainer for three years. He trains me three times a week. Fitness and eating healthy has improved in my life due to Aaron's advice based on his knowledge and experience. Aaron is able to create a program for each person based on their health, age, strength and limitations. He will challenge you to your greatest potential, but he also listens to your feedback about what you are feeling as you are doing the various exercises. Aaron is caring and will call you to find out how you are doing after a workout. I would not go to any other trainer.

Aaron is great at what he does. He is very aware of the ability of his clients. I have knee and shoulder problems and he knows how far I can go or should go. He listens to his clients.
