- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. There is not a way to do this with flowers due to prices going up and down depending on the time of year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very difficult to give a quote without speaking to your customer. I love to talk with them either text, email, or phone and then have them come for a consultation to get their exact details for not only the flowers but also where the venue is and to verify all their needs. Since flower prices change during different months I can always recommend a flower or something that works with their budget. After giving the quote I ask for have the funds to make it easier on their budget and the remainder 2 weeks before their wedding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At one time I owned my own shop and have well over 30 years. I take pride in my work and want my customers to be happy.
