• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
  Our prices are tailored to suit the needs of the individual, making everything that we do custom. Whether it’s a logo, graphic design, or illustration, you’ll always get the highest level of services for the best price possible. Hidden prices are NOT something that we do, and we are ALWAYS upfront with our customers about how much they will be paying for everything.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
  In first working a customer, we believe that it’s important to establish expectations so that you can know what to expect next, and we can get an idea for what you’re looking for. Once we’re set to go, we shoot you over a quick questionnaire that will help us be more specific in our designs and will allow us to create a mockup. Once you approve of the mockup, we offer free revisions with a turnaround of 1 day each. After approval of the final design, our team sends you the completed files and licensing. We make the whole process simple for you.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
  Our team is comprised of individuals who have attended graphic design school, 2D & 3D Arts classes, and Illustration classes. We have an accumulated experience between us all of 15+ years in the industry, and have worked with clients of all sorts. When it comes to standards, we hold very high ones because of the training and experience we all have. Your satisfaction with the end result is our top priority.
