This is such a cool concept! I'm so glad that I found an affordable trainer that can meet me at my gym and work with my schedule and level of fitness. Tyson connected me with a great trainer who has demystified my gym workout! My trainer Ivan, provides excellent motivation and encouragement and mixes up activities and workout intensity to keep me interested. I definitely made the right choice to get healthy!

I'm in my late 40's , previously fit but had been spiraling downward with regard to diet and exercise. Have been training with d-rock for the last few weeks at my home and it has been a great experience. He has varied high intensity workouts that utilize multiple disciplines: hiit/ sprints / bw exercises/ wt training. He is also working with me with regard to diet and acting as my "conscience" which is needed ( especially at the beginning). On a personal level he is friendly , with an easy manner. He is to focused and interested in helping his client achieve success. Appears that it is more than just a job for him. He is punctual and reliable as well.

Danny and Emma have been amazing to work with. My husband and I train with Danny twice a week in our home (separate sessions). We hadn't been working out recently so Danny was great about easing us into it a bit and then turning up the intensity pretty quickly. The training is incredibly adaptable to the situation - one night I had a fussy infant so instead of canceling or trying to bounce back and forth, he switched up the workout to 'sandbag style' where I could hold her and still get a good workout in (something both my daughter and I enjoyed). He's also honed in on the type of training we really enjoy, for me its boxing, making it fun and productive! I would also be remiss if I didn't mention Emma, his wife and partner in the business. She's been so helpful in working around our crazy schedules, between last minute work trips, out of town visitors and illness, they've both been extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend Danny to anyone who is trying to get back in shape or push their athletic prowess to the next level. He's fun, easy-going and respectful of your personal needs.

Excellent trainer! When i first started working out, my original goal was to lose weight. Not only did i lose the weight, but also gained the motivation to push myself and change my bad eating habits. When i first started, i was far from doing any strenuous workouts because i had bad form and low endurance. During the time i spent training with Jon, i became so much stronger and faster. Also, with the proper coaching he gave me, a lot of the pains and joint issues i had dissapeared because i was using proper body mechanics! The workouts themselves are surprisingly tough. There were times where i thought the workouts would be easy... Oh man was i wrong. Even the easy looking ones would wear you out because Jon modifies them so that they give you the challenge you need. Not once did i leave a session thinking "that was easy!". As for my diet, it was far from healthy before i started. The advice and plans that he gave me for eating healthy helped so much! Changing my eating habits gave me more energy and helped me lose the weight without having to starve myself. Now i only eat healthy because junk food no longer has the allure it once had. Jon is definetly an excellent trainer. He was always professional, and very attentitve to each person's abilities. Great trainer! Able to mix things up and keep it interesting while increasing the intensity. He's also been able to accommodate limitations from previous injuries and provide exercises that strengthen the weak area/help rehab it. This is a real talent and your average trainer just can't do this - it requires a lot of experience and training. Dane's been flexible with schedule changes as well and a great motivator.

I'm a tall, thin, hard gainer. I've been working out for over 7 years on my own. I saw some gains, but I wanted to see more progress. As a graduate student living in another state, I was visiting Phoenix during winter break and decided to have a few training sessions with Janet. My hope was that I could learn a few basic technical changes that I could incorporate into my workouts that would maximize outcomes. This was 5 months ago. Hands down the most valuable thing I got out of working with Janet was her holistic and intuitive approach. She knew how to explain the workouts in ways that made sense to me. She listens very closely and seemed to just get a sense about what I needed, not simply on a physical but also the mental aspect of the workout. It was very clear to her that because I was a hard gainer, I simply was not aware of many of the muscles I was trying to work out. Every session with her was thus highly focused on emphasizing the full and accurate engagement with the muscles I wanted to work. Lats, for instance. Doing lat pull downs my whole life, and it was not until Janet was able to demonstrate how it should FEEL (internally), that I actually began to understand how off I had been. Same thing went for shoulders. Since working with Janet, I have never been more aware of the muscles I'm working and focused on my reps (as I try to maintain engagement with the specific muscle I'm working). My workouts have increased in intensity and I have seen gains. It's been a bit of a boon for my workouts. Janet delivered on what I was wanting, without question. Unlike my brief run ins with other trainers here and there, Janet actually catered my workout to me, personally. Not just in terms of physical goals, but me as a person. She is quite intuitive and, for me, that mattered because it helped get to the core of at least one reason for my hard gains. Who knew the mind needed to be so involved in a workout? At the end of every session, Janet provided feedback (including some write up of the sets we did that day). She is filed with energy, positivity, and is kind.

Joe is such a caring, hands on PERSONal trainer! I've experienced other trainers and they treat me as a number. Joe knows my name and his knowledge of the human body is vast! I have been training with George 3 times a week for approximately 5 months. His training is a mixture of cardio & strength training in circuit form. I started training to help a back problem and he is very good at working with my needs. He has a variety of workout programs. I have definitely strengthened my core, toned up, & lost weight! Erick has been one of the best personal trainers I have ever worked with. He makes the work outs intense but with a flare of fun. Not only has he proven to be fully knowledgeable about the human bodies capabilities he has shown me with consistency, the right workout techniques, and healthy life style your body can and will transform into it's best self. Erick has been wonderful with his guidance. In the two months I've been working with him I've lost 15 pounds and counting and gained more muscle definition. Daniel Flores has figured out the secrets to the fountain of youth!! I was going through a divorce and weighed 275 lbs and felt it was time to reinvent myself at the age of 37. He first taught me the dos and dont's to my daily diet and structured an easy to follow plan for me to achieve a normal healthy eating life style. Then came the workouts. Intense professional training at its best!!! We started on July 16th, 2015 at 275 lbs. and now today I am at 231 lbs!!!! I have developed muscles and a really healthy life style. He is constantly making sure im on top of my game plan and offers a compassionate ear when I do go through some rough patches. Definitely one of the most intense workouts I have had in a long time. He was very focused on making sure that I was performing the exercise correctly so that I would get the most out of the workout and not injure myself. This is important for me as I am still in physical therapy for my knee. And nit having to worry about what to eat after my workout is a BONUS!!!! Well worth the additional $10 to have a fresh healthy meal ready for me after my workout! Thank you. Can't wait for my next session!

Hello, people, my name is John-Paul. Carrie has been working with me for just a little over six months now. I am an experienced mixed martial artist and I was hitting a wall with my cardio. I knew I needed some type of cross training, but I didn't know how to put it all together. She placed me on an intense conditioning program and she also guided my nutritional needs as well. I am extremely happy to say that my cardio is through the ceiling now plus my body recovers very quickly because of her nutrition advice. I would recommend Carrie to anyone at any level because she's worth every penny.
