We sought a trainer to work with our kids and our new puppy. We were concerned as a vet said the puppy had aggression issues. Amy assured us he did not by showing us how an aggressive dog would behave, compared to gow our dog behaved during training. Amy provided a good amount of information, answered all of our questions and really helped our kids feel confident.
All previous groomers were tramatized by my long haired cat Palucca. No one, other than her Vet, while she was under sedation, succeeded in completing the lion-cut. Of all the groomers Thumbtack and I reached out to, Anitra was the only one who responded with an enthusiastic readiness for "the challange." The communications that followed with Anitra persuaded me to entrust my monster cat Palucca to her. Anitra's confidence and exceptional sweet natured spirit were comforting, though I was understanably nervous, as all previous groomers who were unsuccessful had similar "no problem" attitudes, leaving my cat half shorn, wailing and hissing wildly. Palucca and I went to Anitra. I left her with smiling, lovely Anitra. Two hours later, Anitra said Palucca was drying after her bath / nail clip/ complete groom, so I could come pick her up. I was stunned. So quick? No tears and apologies? The lion-cut is perfect. Palucca is happy and beautiful. Anitra's experiece and rare gifts proved astonishingly successful. Both she and her assistant Debbie met me at the door smiling, laughing I think happy with this exemplary outcome. I recommend Anitra full heartedly. She's the best. Dog, cat, baboon: she has the gift. Anitra, Palucca and I look forward to a very long relationship. Boy oh boy, am I grateful. Palucca too. Splendid experience. Hoorah! B.D. G. Scottsdale, AZ
Rachael was excellent to work with, setting my mind at ease from the first meeting that she would handle taking care of my diabetic cat with compassion and professionalism. Her background as a vet tech is a definite bonus as well. I highly recommend her services!
I required a person with knowledge and skill with old dogs, to take my aging Beagle to the vet for me, as I was going to be out of town. On very short notice, Beth responded to my request for help. I met her the evening I posted my need and she gave me confidence that she would take care of everything. She did! She was professional, but careing, responsive and responsible.
Leslie has helped our family for over six years, even on short notice, if she can't come personally, she will send someone reliable from the rescue to fill in. We have seen the work she does with nursing care from the injured animals and with our own pets that clearly demonstrates her devotion and love of animals. Her costs are very reasonable, but if she charged triple what she does, we'd still look to her before someone else. Leslie can groom horses, dogs and cats. She'll even take the time to dematt a cat rather than shamefully shaving a long haired cat. She is patient and non stress causing to fractious and older pets. She shows up when expected to and takes excellent care of pets. We have no complaints for improvements.
Roxann stayed at our house with our cat on two occasions. She is reliable, great with animals and knowledgeable (she works at a vets!) I would highly recommend her!
At first I was a little Leary of an at home groomer. I decided to leave Missy anyway, and I'm glad I did. Jennifer did a great job and my dog was happy. She did a much "finer" cut and detail than the local 'pets store' or my vet. Feet, nails, butt, ears were all clean and I'm pretty fussy. Thanks Jennifer. 🐶
Robin cared for my 2 pups for nearly 2 weeks and was very kind and caring to them. She even went as far as running to the vets office to pick up meds when my pups medication ran out. She also bathed them both before I got home and was kind enough to pick them up and drop them off as I don't drive. I would whole heartedly recommend Robin for pet sitting services. Kyle
Anton worked with us on training our Aussie puppy Bailey. Bailey was a little crazy and we knew we needed professional help to train him. Lorenzo's was referred by our vet, along with several other trainers. After speaking with each of the companies they referred and speaking to other personal recommendations we received from friends, we went with Lorenzo's. From the first time I spoke with Anton, I felt a trust in him. He was very understanding of what we wanted and worked with us until both he and the family thought Bailey was in a good place with his training. Anton was very understanding of each of our family members and where they were personally at with Bailey's training. He took the extra time on each session to make sure we were working with Bailey and comfortable with the lessons we had previously used, as well as the new lesson for the day. He was also very accommodating to our work and school schedules, which helped us tremendously. The cost of the training and tools were more expensive than what we were originally looking to spend, we feel that the training program was totally worth the expense. We continue to work with Bailey and his training on a personal level. What is even better is that we have the option to take him to group training sessions on a regular basis with Lorenzo's for as long as we would like. I would recommend Lorenzo's very highly.
Amber is just awesome. She came out to do a basic health check on my cat and saved me a bunch of money and the hassle of a trip to the vet... you cat owners know what I'm talking about! She did such a great job that I'm planning on having her come back every few months.
Diana took care of our young puppy and through attention and affection, helped our dear Jade recover from dehydration. She recognized Jade wasn't recovering normally from being spade and got her to the vet for an IV pronto. Then she stayed with Jade for several days making sure the poor puppy made it through the challenge of her life!
I have 2 dogs that are getting on in years. Every once in a while my poodle will start yelping and hunch her back. The pain seems to last anywhere from a few hours to a few days. I took her to the vet and was told it was just arthritis and there wasn't much they could do. A friend recommended I try Lucky chow supplements. So I did after only 3 days of her taking the supplements Lucky Chow recommended her pain seemed to go away. I have also used their grooming services and highly recommend them. I will be back!!!
I have a passion for what I do. I have wanted to work with animals since I can remember. I also have the experience medically with animals, and I am working on becoming a vet. With my tech background it gives me the chance to be able to offer services that other sitters can not since I am able to do and administer certain medical needs.
