I am a petite widow who needs some help every now and then. Danny came in and viewed the varied assorted jobs that I needed done and was most helpful, offering good suggestions on how to accomplish them. So far, he has hung a TV on a wall, concealing the cords, removed the large entertainment unit that it was in, hung a heavy picture above my bed, hauled out heavy boxes that I couldn't get at in the rafters, and re-grouted a cracked and crumbling fault line in my floor tile, all in just a couple of hours. He is fast, efficient, willing to do whatever, and importantly neat, very much to my satisfaction, not to mention personable. Being retired and living off of social security, price could always be better, but I'm not complaining.

I had Danny install laminate in my great room. We communicated mostly by text the week prior to the job being done. As it turned out, there were misunderstandings regarding what I needed to do prior to his arrival, As a result, carpet was cut short that was to meet the laminate upon installation. He did answer a lot of my questions, so that I did feel comfortable with what was going to happen. He and his son arrived and an hour or so later, had to disconnect our satellite tv and internet. When they hooked it back up, they did it backwards and I had to call out directv and centurylink to fix the problems. I allowed Danny and his son to hook it all back up because Danny told me that his son was an expert. Danny also talked me into doing laminate into the kitchen part way. As I looked at it after they left, I realized I really didn't like the look. I believe Danny talked me into it because it was easier for him to install it that way, instead of the way we had originally discussed. I will say that Danny did answer all my questions prior to his arrival. I had a lot of questions, as this was the first time I had ever had laminate installed in any home. I am considering having laminate laid in my 2 bedrooms in the future. I will hire someone else to do those rooms next time.

Danny tiled our bath floor. The actual laying method of the tile changed due to time constraints, so I've been holding my review for a month. So far so good. He seems quite good at the cutting and fitting of the tile also. All in all a nice guy.
