- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are consistently doing continuing education. Each employee with our company is required to complete CE each year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We were seeing companies being taken advantage of by other payroll companies with the high fees along with seeing companies getting huge workers compensation audit premiums at year end. We decided to provide the total solution to our clients by offering a one stop shop for most of your business needs so we are able to run your workers comp reports each month to modify the policy to prevent having the large audits. We also provide many other services so now you just have to call one place instead of having multiple companies to deal with for all your needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The clients we encounter most are small business owners. Our payroll services support businesses with up to 100 employees, however we tend to cater our services towards small businesses with around 25 employees.
