I've only just begun my training with Brian but it's easy to tell this is going to be just exactly what I was looking for. I needed someone knowledgeable who would know how to work with certain joint issues I have and he most definitely does. He understands the whole picture, including nutrition, and it gives me a lot of confidence that I'm going to easily hit my goals. To add to that, when you hire a personal trainer you have a certain expectation of physical fitness and Brian is one of those that "looks" like a personal trainer, so it's obvious that he takes his own advice. I'm excited about the upcoming months! :)

Cecelia is a great person. I chose her to train me after our interview. She has a good medical background and is very knowledgeable in nutrition and not just diets but making it a lifestyle. Cecelia was very serious about detecting my ailments and illnesses and individualizing her program to fit my personal needs and schedule, and keep me focused toward success. We used a variety of floor exercises, resistance bands, weight machines etc. She introduced me to new vegetables and fruits, foods, shared recipes, taught me interesting ways to use them. Both my husband and I benefited from Cecelia's training. I highly recommend her.

I began training with Rose in march of 2017. Let me tell you, Best decision I have ever made for my health! Since then I feel a difference with my level of energy. I am now at the level where I want to workout and change my diet. I absolutely love the workout sessions, wish it was longer though. There's always a challenge, which I love entails me to push myself harder. Also my knees are regaining strength which was the whole reason why I began in the first place, didn't know I would be changing my lifestyle in a great way! Mike is an awesome personal trainer, working with my diet and training to lose weight where still needed and contour other areas. His hour workout is the best I've ever had with a personal trainer. He is very professional and is all about form - if you are not doing the form right it's not going to help you. Love training with Mike and would highly recommend him.

Gabriel has helped me build muscle and gain strength. He always believes in me far more than I do myself and motivates me to push harder. I have always been intimated by large gyms and the atmosphere they provide. Gabriel new that upfront and made me feel extremely comfortable in the small gym setting and with the equipment. This is as good as it gets ! Serious. Personal fitness requires effort, dedication, motivation and sticking to the plan. But apart from all that you need a good trainer. William is the best, I can vouch for this guy. I am result oriented. He customized not just a training plan but also a diet plan and Im not talking a generic plan that you will get off the internet. He works with you to actually make a plan that you can follow. He will push you, he will be by your side and correct your form. Its not about the reps you do, its about the form you do it and he will ensure that you are in the right form. When he says you will see a difference in 2-3 weeks, he means that. Of course you will have to show up and follow the regimen. There is no substitute for hardwork and with William on your side there is no substitute for coaching. We dont waste time in the gym, we just do it! If you are serious about improving your fitness level or having that beach body for summer then William is the guy for you.

Are nutritionists covered by health insurance?
