Carolyn is wonderful! She customizes your workouts to you. I have seen what a client before me and after me has done and we don't do the same thing. She is not also a great personal trainer, but also a great wellness & life coach.
I've only just begun my training with Brian but it's easy to tell this is going to be just exactly what I was looking for. I needed someone knowledgeable who would know how to work with certain joint issues I have and he most definitely does. He understands the whole picture, including nutrition, and it gives me a lot of confidence that I'm going to easily hit my goals. To add to that, when you hire a personal trainer you have a certain expectation of physical fitness and Brian is one of those that "looks" like a personal trainer, so it's obvious that he takes his own advice. I'm excited about the upcoming months! :)
I don't know how she does it, but Dolores from Club FItspiration gets you working harder than you ever thought you could and then you end up asking her for more! She is an exceptional trainer who is also a foodie nutritionist. So knowledgeable. I owe her my life. Literally. I lost 58 pounds in 5 months with her inspirational coaching, my high blood pressure is normal and I just ran my first half marathon. Now she's getting me ready for my first marathon in January. I really can't say enough about Dolores and her wealth of knowledge and motivation. I'm a fan for life!

Kelsey is an excellent coach, nutritional expert and personal trainer. Dan is an awesome trainer. He has provided training to my husband and I over several years. He brings everything you need to get healthy, he is flexible with hours for training, he's tough but in an encouraging way, he modifies movements based capability (I am a cluts), he sets goals for you to achieve, defines nutritional recommendations if needed, and has had a lasting impact on my husband and I. We are forever changed by him - we have a home gym we use daily, we have pulled in our family in to working out, and we are trying to keep moving because of Dan!

Sierra Rich, for me, is the best personal trainer I could have ever hoped for. She has been my trainer for approximately 18 months and the 3rd trainer I have worked with over the past 3 1/2 years. I have been lucky to have great trainers to work with; however, Sierra has set herself apart with so many things that other trainers don't do. She makes me feel like I am her only client when we work together and I have her undivided attention. So many trainers I see are locked onto their cell phones during training and not focused on their clients. Not Sierra. She is extremely technical and focuses on my technique to make sure I am "firing" on all the correct muscle groups during each exercise. Her workouts are never the same and you can tell she is continually researching how to make my plan unique and interesting. I think most importantly, I feel like we connect with regard to how each of us are driven toward the same goals for ourselves. Because she understands me so much, she knows all of my "push" buttons. Things like, "you can reduce the weight if you need to" means to me I will NEVER reduce the weight! Instead, it drives me to even greater strength goals. I am sure she handles each client differently. She simply knows how to motivate me to greater accomplishments that I never thought I could achieve. When we first met, I told Sierra she was in charge of my body from the "neck down". What I didn't expect was how much she would impact my thinking of my overall physical lifestyle from the "neck up"! To me, that is the greatest achievement you can reach as a professional in any field. I consider her not only a great trainer, but a great friend. If you are reading this and considering a personal trainer, without reservation I would reach out to Sierra. Only one comment... YOU CANNOT HAVE MY TIME SLOT! With regard to a photo of a "finished product"; unfortunately, I will never have one as I am a continual "work in progress"!
Tony helped me train for a fitness show by getting better muscle definition. He was a fabulous supporter and helped me with nutritional planning throughout my fitness show preparation. The nutritional tips I learned during this time, I have been able to use in my everyday life. His intense cardio & weight training routines were challenging but he made them fun & I felt great after a workout! I highly recommend Tony because he was able to help me surpass my personal goals.
Working with Alex has been fantastic! I have my wedding in June and told him I was hoping to tone up my back and arms and slim down my lower body. He's been focused on working towards my personal goals and flexible with meeting times. He is very professional and every single work out has been different and tough! He is also easy to talk to and is very engaged throughout the session, making sure I'm doing everything correctly and pushing myself.
