We had such a good experience with Dre. He was not only very professional, but he was always making training with him fun, so it wasn´t hard to keep up. He made sure we knew how to do the workout properly and pushed my husband and I to go further. He also helped us with the food. I would definitely recommend Dre for personal training. We moved out of AZ but we for sure miss him!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Before diving into any advanced workouts, I have to access the fitness level of every new client. Just like weight loss/gain is a process, attaining a high fitness level is as well. I am very good at ready people, pushing their limits, but knowing when not to push to hard or far.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Continuing education js a requirements to keep my certification. I must be recertified every two years

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have a passion for fitness and a genuine love for helping others, being a trainer allows me to combine both.
