She is an exceptional trainer who is also a foodie nutritionist. So knowledgeable. I owe her my life. Literally. I lost 58 pounds in 5 months with her inspirational coaching, my high blood pressure is normal and I just ran my first half marathon. Now she's getting me ready for my first marathon in January. I've been training with Elvira for several months. During our first meet, Elle took the measurements and asked all the meaningful questions to fully understand my fitness goals and discussed how she could help me. In our first contracts, i did cardio and strength training with her and i started to see the result of 'lean muscles' and that changed my view towards weight training. We had a lot of fun training together and learnt A LOT from her. I knew from the beginning She's not only a trainer but also a Nutritionist! But i was hesitant about following a meal plan during our first contract since i never feel like i'm over eating (which i was totally wrong!) As our first contracts towards the end, i'm completely happy with the results and decided to continue training with her, also i would like to try a meal plan for the first time in my life! To clear my concern, Elle let me talk to one of her clients directly after their session (thoughtful!) and i'm totally on board after that.. I was always joking with Elle and told everybody that's when THE MAGIC HAPPENS..Honestly I was never really a chubby girl and always in the healthy body shape category so i don't have unrealistic goals for losing tons of weight. But since i started the MEAL PLAN and really pay attention to what i put in my mouth. I started seeing changes faster than EVER. Not just me, my friends, colleagues and family (always skyping) started noticing the difference. My t shirts and pants are getting loose and trouble area not so trouble any more. I dropped 1.5-2 sizes on my jeans and getting people complimenting my collar bones and shoulders (which never happened before!). Here's to all the people don't believe in changing their eating habits like i used to: TRY THE MEAL PLAN. IT WORKS! The most important lesson i learnt is you can't out exercising a bad eating habits and you may not even realize you are eating badly until you started a right one and see the results yourself! Don't take my word just try it yourself. Elle's meal plan is not a crazy starving diet but a flexible tool. I eat differently on days i train with her, i can have occasional snacks and change up the meal a bit if i don't have something in my fridge. It's not that hard to follow and i'm not feeling hungry or bloated(important to me!). On my weight training, I was a total rookie beginner who cant even lift more than 10 pounds dumbbell till today i did weighted squats on Smith Machine up to 135 lbs! Right now I'm at the best shape in my life and all credits goes to Elvira!
I began training with Rose in march of 2017. Let me tell you, Best decision I have ever made for my health! Since then I feel a difference with my level of energy. I am now at the level where I want to workout and change my diet. I absolutely love the workout sessions, wish it was longer though. There's always a challenge, which I love entails me to push myself harder. Also my knees are regaining strength which was the whole reason why I began in the first place, didn't know I would be changing my lifestyle in a great way! Well where do i start.... you simply will not find a more dedicated, knowledgeable, intelligent, but most importantly EXPERIENCED trainer like Jess. over the years i've worked with a few guys prior to him, and ultimately wrote them all off. fast forward a few years and i casually talked with Jess off and on about working out and then nutrition, then i decided i'd give him a shot after seeing how unbelievably passionate he is about fitness- best decision i've made. let's start with diet.... he does a fantastic job at explaining the madness called nutrition, i have yet to ever listen to anyone that even remotely compares to Jess' knowledge on this subject- he is truly a mad scientist with it. if you follow his guidelines the way he explains it and are CONSISTENT like he preaches, you will be blown away at what he helps you do here. supplement questions (since this market is crazy)? yeah, he knows 'em well; that being said he will also save you a pile of money by steering you clear of the BS in that industry. but bro, do you even lift? many trainers out there are extremely fake, in many facets of the word; most are smart-sounding talkers, some are just your typical large meat-head with just a ridiculous amount of non-functioning muscle- cool, good for them. look at Jess' pics from his football days and competition shots, everything he preaches on lifts and how-to are from his experiences; and he quite clearly knows his stuff when it comes to moving some weight. to top it all off, he knows how to combine nutrition with working out to get ANY result that you are after. bulking up, losing weight, leaning, aesthetic looks? the mad scientist can do 'em all. he is thee master at learning you and transforming you into what YOU want. after just the first three weeks of working with him, i knew i found my guy. i've worked with Jess very exclusively for over a year now and i cannot say enough good about this man as a trainer, nutritionist, and just being an all around great guy (ask him about the Vet organizations he's very actively involved with)- Jess, i can't tell you enough but thanks again man!
I first contacted Kelly about 10 months ago to get in shape for my wedding. I had gained about 50 pounds and besides wanting to look good for my big day, I was feeling terribly embarrassed and uncomfortable with my body. I searched for vegan trainers online because I was also interested in switching to a plant based diet. When I read Kelly's story I knew she was just the kind of trainer I was looking for, someone who wouldn't pass judgment on my weight and would understand my struggles. The first time I met with Kelly my anxiety over being in a gym, surrounded by people in much better shape than me, overwhelmed me to the point of tears. Kelly was very kind and patient with me and worked with me until I could feel more comfortable in my own skin. I've lost 20 lbs since I started working with her and I know if I had followed her meal plans more strictly my results would be much faster. Besides the weight loss, when I follow her meal plans I find I have more energy and even clearer skin! My confidence has greatly improved and I actually enjoy going to the gym on my own now. While navigating the various challenges life throws at us all, I still feel compelled to take some time and thank. I also want to scream to the world how happy I am. I have taken back control of my life and I can't thank Sollus enough. A little history. I am a 44year old who had made sports and proper fitness a part of my life up through about 30. Unfortunately, I lost my way and I let my exercising suffer. With that has come a middle age belly and a fear of being included in photos. I have literally tried everything: All the trendy diet plans, fasting to clean my system, juicing, you name it. I have also tried all kinds of exercise programs: lifting programs, yoga, hot yoga, circuit training, trx, crossfit., as well as nutritionists, one on one trainers that were nice and those that were super tough. I've been dealing with an autoimmune disease that was diagnosed in 2003 and allowed me to eat only fruts, grains and vegetables. Due to eating such an imbalanced diet based on bascially whatever I could throw into the microwave after preparing my family a "normal" meal, I steadily put on weight and was tired and sluggish. I tried Weight Watchers, Nutrisystems, Suzanne Somers, South Beach, etc., and never lost more than five pounds. I'm sure it was, again, because I was so limited in what I could eat and didn't have the time to invest into educating myself about what a well-rounded vegan-style diet would be, but the diets left me hungry, unsatisfied, and I wasn't able to stick to them for any length of time. When Jenna put my diet together, it all changed. Meal time became simple...and balanced. She was so positive and encouraging, and was always there with an answer to a question or with a suggestion as to how I could make it work with my busy schedule. It's been the easiest plan I've ever followed, and so far I've lost 15 pounds, which I've never done. I'm off Prednisone and I feel really good and know that finally, even with the limitations of my vegan diet, my body is getting all the nutrients it needs to run efficiently and to be healthy. I need this body to work for a long time, and taking care of it has always been important, but Jenna has made it possible to do it without feeling like it has to be the major focus of my day. It's easy, it's healthy, and it works. What more could I ask for? I've wasted so much money on books and foods and membership fees, and that's all over. I'd suggest anyone with a desire to eat healthier or to lose weight to contact her right away. The experience couldn't be more pleasant. She can make it work for you, and she's the best cheerleader you'll ever have.

She has a knack for taking any ingredients and turning out a masterpiece. Elizabeth was able to turn me (a terrified cook) into a confident plant-based adventurer with her patient demonstrations. There are so many things I could share here. One favorite: she went above and beyond her job to amaze my extended family with a beautiful brunch during the holiday season.
