    We handle many different types of documents from personal financial and medical to real estate loan documents. We also provide Abandoned Lock Box Inventory services, TEA Digital Certificates, RE Photo Inspections, and Business verifications

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Know what you need in advance. Notaries are not attorneys or legal counsel and cannot offer any advise to you on the document type or content.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Being a Notary is not as easy as it sounds. You must be completely up to date on all State and Federal laws and follow all regulations set out by the Secretary of State. A notary may be subject to large fines and imprisonment for falsifying a document or knowingly being party to any fraudulent activity. Prevention of fraud and deception is central to the notary’s role Government offices, businesses and the public rely on the accuracy and integrity of notaries public.
