I'm in my late 40's , previously fit but had been spiraling downward with regard to diet and exercise. Have been training with d-rock for the last few weeks at my home and it has been a great experience. He has varied high intensity workouts that utilize multiple disciplines: hiit/ sprints / bw exercises/ wt training. He is also working with me with regard to diet and acting as my "conscience" which is needed ( especially at the beginning). On a personal level he is friendly , with an easy manner. He is to focused and interested in helping his client achieve success. Appears that it is more than just a job for him. He is punctual and reliable as well.
My Friend Dj Nunez has done a great job training me and working me out. He always knows what he is doing and always have alternatives to workouts when things do not go as planned. I am a collegiate football player and Dj Nunez's training has really benefited me in my sports career.

I started training with Nadine at the beginning of February, after not having worked out continually for a couple of years. I have continued to train with her and could not be more excited with my results. I started to see definition in my leg muscles in two weeks and it has only continued to progress. I can't wait to see how much better it can get. Nadine is really good at gauging what her clients are capable of and pushing them to be a better version of herself. She has not only helped me with fitness, but also with my diet. As a person, she has some of the best energy of anyone I've ever been around and makes working out less about work, and more about enjoying the body we live in. No matter what personal goals you are trying to achieve, I'm sure she can help you meet them.

I was always intimidated to join a gym and never thought I would have a personal trainer!! When I met Derek, I was surprised how caring he was. he understood that I did not have a lot of experience working out or using weighs or machines. Derek listened to my short and long term goals and tailored a program that would help me with my nutritional, resistance training and cardiovascular needs to meet these goals. With constant encouragement from Derek, following his nutritional plan and being accountable (making my training appointments with him), i started to see results within weeks. Within 4 months i lost 40 lbs and exceeded my short term goal. For my long term goal, Derek worked on my endurance and strength training. My LBM suddenly became my new focus. Derek is meticulous when it comes to using any of the machines or free weights. Derek watches over you like a hawk! He makes sure you get the most benefit from the machines by accurately calculating the amount of weight to push,, showing you the proper form to use to get the best results and most importantly, making sure you don't hurt yourself. I learned to listen to Derek, follow his instruction and be accountable. And as a result, i am in the best shape of my life! I am 51 years old and can say i've never felt better, physically and mentally. I thank Derek for getting me to this point and providing guidance and encouragement. Derek applies the knowledge and methods of exercise acquired from his degree and certification in Exercise Science. Being educated and certified to provide the ultimate personal training experience for his clients is what sets Derek apart from his peers. I highly recommend Derek Stone as a personal trainer BUT only if you seek results!

I have been with Miles for about a month now. I found him when in search of a Personal Trainer who has experience working with "injured" people. I was pleasantly surprised to hear his own injury story and how his sports degree and self developed skills helped him go back to his top shape. It was a no brainer after that. Miles is a young, pleasant and highly professional trainer. He works out of a humble gym with enough equipment to rotate a training program numerous times. He is extremely observant during training and has a lot of tricks to keep the trainee safe while pushing him or her to the limit. At the end of each training I feel completely pleasantly exhausted with no presence of pain. Depending on your motivation and your current situation, strange things may happen to your body immediately. It was amazing to realize my knee pain went away after two sessions. I felt compelled to text him the next day and let him know! Whether you are healthy and need a trainer who can scientifically train you or in less than perfect health condition, give this guy a chance. His physique is the proof of his skills!
Jessica is a very committed trainer, she follows your progress closely and adjusts the program accordingly. She is very knowledgeable in kinesiology - movement and flexibility and she helped me make great strides in my general fitness and endurance. She also helps with guidance for workouts those days when she is not coming, so I can improve my independence in my own training. An excellent trainer and a great person!
I had done crossfit training for a few years and had to stop due to financial issues. When I was ready to regain my trim strong body, I did a search for a new trainer. After meeting Patrick, I knew he was the trainer for me. We have worked together twice and I know I made the correct choice. He evaluates my performance with everything I do and modifies my exercises to suit where I am that day. That is what works best for me. He is very knowledgeable, professional and has the kind of positive attitude I love to be around and share with others. Dennis has been my trainer for a little over a month. Since training with him I’ve lost a total of 16lbs. He is great at adjust meal plans and work outs when needed. He is also great at keeping you accountable and encourages you with each stride you make. Overall I would recommend 100 times over because his training truly effective!
Mr. Boggs is my physical trainer, assigned with the task of training me to eat well and exercise in order to get back to a healthy weight. I am currently one month into working with him, and I can honestly say that I am extremely pleased with the results, having safely lost a considerable amount already. My 12 year old daughter and I have been training with Steve for a little over a month now and I could not be happier. He is consistently on time and has a variety of excercises for us to do plus he is amazing with my daughter. I’m already fitting back into a clothes I haven’t been able to wear for a long time. I am very pleased.
I came to Bruno wanting to mix up my workouts and for him to show me new workouts. He showed me over 100 different routines, I saw a dramatic results after only a month. He was very accommodating with my schedule and even came to my gym to show me on their equipment. He was very knowledgeable on the muscles and how to break them down and help them grow and explained each work out to me as I asked questions. Overall I've been very satisfied with the training that he's given me And love my results!
