DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! This was by far the worst customer service, thumbtack and vendor experience in my life. I booked a cleaning for my house at 12:00 p.m. with the specific request to shampoo my carpets. The 12:00 p.m. time was confirmed. However, I was later told the day of the cleaning that the entire process is not done at 12:00 p.m. but that the shampooer would come at 2:30 p.m. This is my first issue because if I would have known the entire cleaning crew was not going to be available at the agreed upon 12:00 p.m. time I would have chosen a different company. Secondly, when I called to figure out why the carpets had not been shampoeed hours after the 12:00 p.m. appointment time I was put in contact with an extremely tactless and inept customer service representative. She explained to me that the shampooer was running late and that because they were coming from SanTan, it would be a few more hours until they arrived at my house (I live in central phoenix). After arguing with her she decided to cancel the appointment, effectively leaving me without anyone to clean the carpets at the very last minute. I had tenants moving in the next day and I told her that if she cancelled the appointment it would leave me in a very bad place but she did not care. Below is a screenshot of the conversation. Jesus your place was horrible you talked us down from $200 to $65 for the house cleaning being cheap for a move out cleaning for your tenants then carpet also for $69 for carpet cleaning not in here once how you say your place was filthy but its ok and we didn't do your carpets I spoke to you on phone and you was very RUDE because he was going to be 1hr late when we give a 1hour grace period sorry we are not illegal Mexicans and will not be treated the way you were treating us we are all human so to avoid the hostile situation and your profanity yes I sure did cancel because we don't argue over a hour for a $69 job when other clients love and appreciate our work so again I will Pray for you to find peace in you life and happiness please you really need help. Wish you the best. Not one time did you say how the cleaners did and your tenants loved the work.
So I gave 4/5 stars only because when I went to see the finished work, they had forgotten to clean the inside of my fridge, forgot to wipe down my glass sliding door, my blinds were still dusty. But everything else was great , and they were quick to clean what they had missed previously. I was told the cleaners would be at my place at 3pm and done by 6 pm. However at 5 pm I was told that they would need to start the next morning since there's too much dust and that they lost our house keys. I now have to get my house re-keyed for safety. Then the next day they cancelled our apt. The police had to be contacted to make a report just in case something happens later down the line. Sorry you key was lost we gave you $50 off for your key mistakes happen you home was suppose to be a move out cleaning then we got there it was a construction remodel cleaning so and you didn't want to pay a deposit because I would have sent the construction cleaning crew to begin with if we had right information however we didn't and this was outcome you cancel because you didn't want to pay $50 deposit required for construction cleaning because no one will be there and we couldn't wait to 6pm to be paid sorry for inconvenience and in future will ask thumbtack to make a request for construction cleaning vs regular cleaning so this dont happen in future.
Carpet shampoo was great. This was supposed to be a deep clean. Cleaner needs to pay attention to detail. It looked great when I walked in, but after I started looking closer, this was not a good job. Carpet was not vacuumed under the loveseat or behind the TV stand, so it was not ready for the shampoo. Kitchen cabinets over the island not washed. Sides of island not washed. Walls not cleaned. Kitchen pantry floor not swept and mopped. Pantry door not washed. Mopboards under stove and sink not cleaned. It was evident bathroom door had not been closed during cleaning, as door and floor behind door had not been washed.Aug 6, 2018VerifiedCarlos M.'s reply
Sorry Anita Melissa didn't meet your requirements you tip $20 each and did full walk through before done and was told some marks with flat paint dont come off need repainted and we also do 24 hour guarantee to fix anything you not happy with i contacted you multiple times with no response we would have definitely came back out to clean for no charge with another team sorry but we can give you $20 future credit with different team thanks and we appreciate u.
