Juan contacted me immediately after I submitted a request for work. I wanted both of my toilets replaced. He advised me on the different toilet types I was looking at at The Home Depot. I purchased the toilets and a few days later Juan picked them up on his way to install them. He was very knowledgeable and did a good job installing. He discovered one of the wax ring/flanges was broken and had roots in the area. He charged a fair add on price to repair, replace and fill around the area with concrete. All in all, I was very pleased with the work and would use JP Plumbing again as well as recommend them.

Finally, a real plumber! Someone who knows what he is doing and takes pride in his workmanship! After 4 so-called plumbers who didn’t know what they were doing and lazy, it was a breath of fresh air to get my tub spout correctly repaired, after 5 months of dealing with the so-called plumbers. Yay, the job is finally done. BTW-never hire Anytime Plumbing who made a simple tub spout leak cost me nearly $1000.

I highly recommend Juan for your plumbing/ water heater needs. Our water heater was starting to leak and i was looking to replace a tank one with a tankless one. Other contractors came and started selling me the tankless one that they would get a break. Juan came in and said we couldn't install a tankless on an existing tank gas connection. to do it right , it would mean that i would have to redo the gas line and would cost a lot more than just the tankless system itself. I did my own research after and he was right. That made me chose him. He also fixed a few plumbing issues inside our house. During the heater installation, he broke the drywall to give him more space and expected me to pay extra for him to patch it. After some discussion where i told him several other neighbors were able to install a tank system without having to break the drywall, he agreed to do it without any additional charge. Other than this , I believe he has done a great job and was honest in giving me his opinion.

We feel beyond blessed to have found Juan and to have had him as our plumber for a property we renovated and sold in Cave Creek, Arizona. Not only did he always arrive EARLY, and have the best pricing, he was also extremely professional, knowledgeable, generous, kind, diligent and dedicated. Like an athlete watching film, Juan even takes pictures of his completed work when he leaves for the day and reviews it to quadruple check his craft.
