My name is Pete and I have been in the DJ business for over 30 years and really enjoy playing music for my clients. I am what's called an open-format DJ which means I can play all types of genres, and my specialties are Top 40, Latin, Hip Hop, R&B, and House.

DJ Pete was so gracious, helpful, positive & experienced as our DJ. We couldn't have asked for someone better. He was extremely patient with us as we were very busy during the wedding planning season, and was very flexible with meeting with us/answering questions. He played amazing music during our wedding that had everyone on the dance floor. He also had lots of lovely suggestions that he offered, but didn't push on us. I seriously couldn't have found a better DJ. I would recommend him to anyone!!

He was the DJ for our wedding. Really cool guy, easy to work with, great music and coordination. I would definitely recommend booking him and would book him for any future events!

One Step Beyond Productions did an AMAZING job as the DJ for our HS Homecoming Dance. He communicated with me prior to the dance, showed up on time, was incredibly organized, and I never had to worry about "inappropriate music" being played at a school event. But the best compliment that I can give him is that at the half way point of the dance almost every single student was on the dance floor actually dancing. Great Job and Thank You!

We would absolutely recommend Pete; he is truly AWESOME! Our wedding was this past April and we were lucky enough to find Pete on Thumbtack. From the moment we spoke on the phone, we knew he was the one for us. Once we met Pete, he immediately helped us with the breakdown of the wedding program. He gave us so many ideas and showed us samples of his vast collection right on the spot.
What is so great about Pete, and what truly exemplifies how he goes above and beyond is his communication. He reached out to us several times and reminded us of the things we still had pending. I'm telling you it was great to have someone on top of us making sure we kept on track! He sends you this web based outline of everything you talk about that you can edit to your liking (Bridal party, requested songs etc.); its a great thing to have!
We were thoroughly impressed with the before the wedding action, and further happy once our big day came. Pete was early, brought great equipment and was so helpful once he was there. He is bilingual, so he was able to talk to my family and the guests that spoke Spanish. We can literally go on and on raving about Pete's amazing work ethic. All we will say now is that if you want someone who truly pays attention to detail, has good music and cares about providing a world class experience on your big day, call DJ Jeckyll!
