- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I've recently completed my masters in management and human resources. To have a successful organization you must know how to manage all of your resources to include personnel. I'm constantly reading industry specific magazines that are imperative to increasing my knowledge of product and service improvement.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started as a kid installing systems in cars. Then I joined the Air Force and did as a side job. Near the end of my military career, I became interested in home theater and started installing systems. After retiring from the Air Force, I went to school and earned my certifications. I worked for a local home theater store for a year and a half, then started my own company. I'm passionate about what I do...I love my craft...I take it serious, but I have fun doing it...what a blessing!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Home theater upgrades and installs. I receive many calls from clients who would like for me to install speakers in their ceiling because the home was prewired for surround sound and speakers throughout the home as well as outdoors. Most of the time they want their entire home theater installed and a high quality universal remote setup that's easy to use. I always come through and give them exactly what they want.
