Contacted Mark for a T.I. project. Mark was Outstanding through out the entire project. This was my first time using a Architect, and Mark walked me through all the steps, and was very professional. Every time I had a question, Mark was easy to get ahold of, and always took care of my questions. Mark brought a lot of experience to my project, and was able to recommend lots of different ways to move the project forward. I will for sure use Marc Architecture again on my next project.Sep 4, 2014

Mark was great! He drew preliminary plans on site making it easier to make immediate changes. He was on time with plans and went to city for approval. Working with Mark was a positive experience and I would hire him again.Oct 3, 2017Verified
Mark is very cost effective. He got the job done very quickly while working with our corporate requirements. We appreciated his responsiveness whenever we needed his expertise. We will use him again for our next project. We highly recommend Mark!Mar 7, 2014Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?there are several ways to derive professional fees. usually I do lump sum with additional services if necessary. Or a retainer with hourly thereafter, $75 hr. I try to describe the parameters as clearly as possible. I use consultants for engineering that are very experienced. I have you sign separate contracts with them. It may seem complicated but it isn't and it saves you some substantial fees too! i still coordinate the project with them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? It's best to meet on site with the potential client right up front. Hard to tell what someone really wants to do over the phone or email. I strongly recommend you call me before you lease, rent , buy a property. The property needs to meet zoning and building codes and that may be easy or difficult, inexpensive or very expensive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Bs/M Arch in architecture, 1989, ASU. first degree in fine art, 1977, ASU and Maryland. continuing education is almost daily. i attend seminars about once a month on different topics.
