- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to giving estimates in the restoration industry it can be very complicated. No two jobs are the same, and each home requires something different. with that being said we strive to give a straightforward estimate of what a job will cost and explain to you the pricing behind what your specific job would entail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are certified in structural drying, and a majority of our workers are also asbestos certified. As a company we hold a monthly training to learn from on the job experiences and to go over IICRC Guidelines to ensure we are giving our customers the best service we can.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After speaking with a few of my close friends who worked in the industry I decided it would be something i would like to try. After working for several different companies I found that the passion I had developed for restoring homes was more than I could achieve working under another company's standards. By establishing EA Restoration I am now able to give the service and help customers to the greatest of my abilities.
