- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact: The customer reaches out to Triple Cleaning Solutions, either through a phone call, email, or an online inquiry. Our responsive customer service team collects essential information about the customer's cleaning needs, such as the type of property, specific services required, preferred schedule, and any other relevant details. 2. Walkthrough and Assessment: If necessary, we schedule a walkthrough of the customer's property. During this visit, our experienced representative assesses the space, takes note of any specific cleaning requirements or challenges, and addresses any questions or concerns the customer may have. This step allows us to gather detailed information to provide an accurate and customized cleaning solution. 3. Cleaning Survey: After the walkthrough, if applicable, we may provide the customer with a cleaning survey or questionnaire. This survey captures additional details about the customer's cleaning preferences, specific areas of focus, desired cleaning frequency, and any other important specifications. It helps us understand the customer's expectations and tailor our services accordingly. 4. Proposal Presentation: Based on the information gathered from the walkthrough and cleaning survey, we prepare a comprehensive proposal outlining the cleaning services we will provide. The proposal includes a breakdown of the scope of work, a detailed list of tasks, the frequency of cleaning, and the estimated cost. We strive to offer competitive pricing while ensuring high-quality service delivery. 5. Contract Review: Once the customer receives the proposal, we schedule a meeting to go over the contract terms and conditions. This is an opportunity for the customer to ask any additional questions, seek clarification on specific points, and ensure a complete understanding of our service agreement. We address any concerns or modifications needed, and upon mutual agreement, the contract is signed. 6. Commence Cleaning Services: After the contract is signed, we schedule the first cleaning service appointment based on the customer's preferred start date. Our dedicated cleaning team arrives at the scheduled time equipped with the necessary tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies to perform the agreed-upon services. We strive to provide consistent and reliable cleaning services that meet or exceed customer expectations. Throughout the process, open communication and collaboration with the customer are essential. We aim to establish a strong working relationship built on trust, ensuring that we understand and fulfill the customer's cleaning requirements effectively.
