I actually had a guy come over and look at my computer and he couldn't fix it so I hired Jed Young and what a great guy he not only fixed my computer he also installed a phone for me and he took his time and came back the second day and didn't even charge me when it comes to computers this guy really knows his stuff I would highly recommend him he is also a good honest guy that really means a lot in my book If you're looking for someone to work on your computer you won't go wrong in hiring him he is fair honest and knows his computers plus he doesn't try to add on. I think he's one of the nicest guys I've ever met and I can't say enough about his work. He is the one I'm going to always use from now on. I highly recommend him. Betty Hendrickson from Mesa Arizona

Computer Repair

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Repair issues with slow computers, upgrading memory, adding hard drives and other components. Networking computers (hardwired and wireless).

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I always try and be as honest as possible, if I don't know what I am doing or don't understand the issue, I will tell the customer and opt out of the job and suggest someone else with more experience (if I know someone that is) Nobody's perfect but it's always nice to have someone tell you up front that it's a little too much.
