- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are constantly taking classes when new versions and products become available. We also have to keep our certifications current.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I did not have money growing up and wanted to get a computer. Once I was old enough to start working after school, I purchased some old machines from a swap meet. After blowing one up, and getting the other working I saw the challenges involved and I was hooked.
