Introduction: Our personal training is made personal again!
We offer personal and small-group training at our home or yours! Whether you want to build up, trim down, or just move better, we can help. We do our best to make training fun and interesting as we work to get you the results you want.
We utilize a wide variety of tools to do this, including free weights, body weight, kettlebells, bands, cables, ropes, steps, and more! For those interested, we even include martial arts moves from open hand, Japanese sword, and staff styles, along with a standing bag and mit drills.
We feel that if we keep your fitness program fresh and interesting, you'll be more likely to stick with it, and you are more likely to see results!
