My garage door lift mechanism was broken. Another contractor started installation, but the circuit board was defective and we had to wait for a replacement. The original guy didn't want to come back so I hired JTS. What a difference! David worked on the mess that was left and got everything working perfectly. Thank you to JTS! I've been lifting that door by hand for 3 weeks and now it works again with the push of a button. Yay!

JTs did great work! When the spring broke, we figured might as well replace the whole system since it was old, loud, and the door itself was warped. JTs was able to get out to do the replacement quickly, was communicative about scheduling and pricing, and I really loved that the owner was so great about explaining everything I had questions about. They gave honest answers about what upgrades would or would not be worth the cost based on our home and use of the space, and they were also the best price of multiple quotes for the replacement of the garage door and opener. They even replaced the beaten-up trim around the garage door, which was really uglying up the whole front of the house. I was sold when inspecting for the estimate, JTs was the only company to notice that the board everything mounts on to above the door was cracked, and recommended replacing that (for a very reasonable cost) and explained why that was the safest course of action. The new door is installed perfectly, the trim is fresh and finally lies flat, the opener is responsive and the whole system is quiet and quick.

We can't say enough good things about JTS Overhead! Another company quoted us $1,350 to fix our garage door! They came out on a Sunday morning and fixed it quickly for practically nothing! These guys are honest and dependable. We will be getting new doors soon and we will definitely call them.
