Gage is the best trainer/ body work coach-massage therapist I have ever had. I am a unique patient, I have a spinal cord injury which causes right side weakness. Gage put together a customized program to strengthen my muscles and help with body stabilization and walking. Gage is extremely knowledgeable, he knows the body inside and out. I am confident training with Gage because he not only tells me what exercises to do but he explains why. Gage has showed me an overall healthy lifestyle, he measured my BMI and is keeping track of my progress. He also suggests meals to go with my program. Also, Gage does bodywork, he is great at stretching and getting all the tight knots out. I love the mix of training and body work that Gage does, it helps promote blood circulation, strengthening and healing. Overall I love working with Gage because I feel like he genuinely cares about my well being. He pushes me because he believes in me, he doesn't just treat me like a number. Gage is truly one of a kind, spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally he is amazing! I highly recommend Gage- he will make a positive impact on your life without a doubt!
Liz is truly the best! I’ve been working with her for about 3 months now and am very happy with my results so far. I’ve lost weight, built muscle and have healthier eating habits all because of her! Jason is very patient working with a guy like me who has a schedule that changes too much for someone in his profession. He is very talented as a trainer...he knows his stuff very well for both the young athlete and 50+ guys (me) who want the tone, muscles, etc but are limited to exercise time, desire and a physique that doesn't act like it did once upon a time!
I really felt Wendy cared about me. I still can't believe I was able to be hypnotized. I am grateful for the time she spent with me, and for her suggestions. She definitely provided more than hypnotherapy; there was life coaching in there, too. All of it was very helpful. I have already put some of what she mentioned to good and use. :-) I am looking forward to our next session.
My husband and I have been working with Matt for just over a year now. We had built a small workout room in our house and were looking for someone to come to our house to train us. My husband and I are very different in our goals and strategies for working out but Matt has been able to develop a routine (2 times a week) that works for both of us. Matt encourages us and persuades us to finish the exercises even when we definitely want to stop early. He knows when he needs to modify the exercise and he is just a positive enforcement. If he thinks we need to do more cardio in between sessions he has a nice way of inquiring each week to get us to finally do the cardio that we should otherwise be doing. He mixes up the exercises so its not the same every week. Finally, he manages to train us even when there are distractions from a small dog or a 3 year old grandson. I would highly recommend Matt. He has been a great addition to our overall health and fitness plan the past 12 months.

I started training with Daniel Huber about 3 months ago. You will not find a better coach at any other gym in Arizona or the nation that actually takes the time out with his students and makes sure they know what they are doing instead of going through the motions and collecting a paycheck. As far as Submission Grappling and all around MMA Dan is a Master technician and one day will be fighting in the UFC when he decides the time is right. You will not find a better gym or coach than Daniel Huber at American Pankration in Mesa. I swear on everything important to me I do not reccomend anybody to learn by except this man right here or head instructor Jeff Funicello.
Dolores with Club FItspiration is a fantastic health coach. I have a hectic work schedule with lots of travel, so a regular workout routine was not happening. Dolores was able to create a fitness program that was flexible and very effective for me. She combined training me in person with Online training to keep me on track no matter what city I was in. She even helped me figure out how to eat healthy on the road. She is knowledgeable, responsive and so easy to work with. I highly recommend working with her.

I began training with Rose in march of 2017. Let me tell you, Best decision I have ever made for my health! Since then I feel a difference with my level of energy. I am now at the level where I want to workout and change my diet. I absolutely love the workout sessions, wish it was longer though. There's always a challenge, which I love entails me to push myself harder. Also my knees are regaining strength which was the whole reason why I began in the first place, didn't know I would be changing my lifestyle in a great way! I had an unexpected pregnancy well after I thought I was done having kids. I was 34 & gained close to 80 pounds during my pregnancy. I struggled to get the weight off after baby was here. I researched different trainers, and by doing this I was given a variety of information. I saw a trainer for a few sessions before Derek but he didn't work out. I'm happy I made the switch. Derek took the time listen to my long and short term goals. He listened but also asked a lot of questions in order to be able to help me according to my personal needs. I learned to trust Derek when it came to the calorie marks he set me at, even when I thought it was too much. He always explains the science behind his methods and answers all questions. I didn't question him after seeing results month after month. I set a few short term goals for myself and have since reached them. I am close to reaching my maintenance weight and have Derek to thank for that. He has the patience and the passion for what he does. I've recently started working with Jessica and the results I have seen in such a short period of time are phenomenal! I lost 7 lbs the first week and 5 lbs the next. She really knows her stuff and continues to wow me with her dedication and expertise. Her attention to your biomechanics and form is second to none.
