FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the sqft, not by the hour. Our prices are set at a base according to sqft and then after our required on-site, FREE consult, we decide if the price should be adjusted depending on level of effort (LOE). LOE adjustment is rarely required. When the price is adjusted, there is an explanation and we answer any questions concerning the adjustment. Any adjustments will be for those rare times when there is an extraordinary amount of effort to complete the job. We pride ourselves in doing a job that is complete and does not need to be improved upon. This sometimes requires an escalated LOE. If that is the case, we charge extra for that escalation in the effort it takes to get the home/office to a working base that we can effectively, efficiently, and professionally maintain. Our pricing may not be the lowest price you will get, but we can promise you that your home or office will be pristinely clean when we are done with it. We do not cut corners on your clean and feel that we charge a fair price for our services and the level of effort we put into every space/home/office we clean. We also promise that we will re-clean any area in which you are not completely satisfied should that happen. We have never had to re-clean any area, home, or office. We do it right the first time!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the call or message (however we are contacted) and proceed with a series of questions that allow us to become familiar with the prospective client and their needs. After we have retrieved the information we need, we then explain briefly what we do, how we do it and ask the prospect if they have any questions. We answer any questions they have. Then, if we both agree that we could possibly work together, we will proceed by setting a day/date/time for an on-site, required, FREE, no-obligation consult. This will be an opportunity for us to: A. Become familiar with the space we will be cleaning (surfaces, floors, special needs of the prospective client, etc.) B. Explain, in more detail, or systems and processes C. Answer any questions the prospective client may have D. Formulate a quote from the base prices set in place Rarely is the base price adjusted. If it is necessary to adjust the base price, explanation will be given before a final quote is offered. If the prospective client and Chemless Cleaning both feel we are a match and agree on price and operations, we will then set up a cleaning schedule and date to start the schedule. We offer weekly, every 2 weeks and every 3 weeks frequencies. Each frequency varies in price according to sqft., level of effort and travel time. If the prospective client requires more than 25 minutes to travel to their home/office, we charge a trip charge to accommodate the travel expenses including time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My research of chemicals in cleaning products has been endless and tenacious. I have taught myself of the dangers and pitfalls of not being aware of what we are inhaling and exposing our bodies to through cleaning products. My determination to offer safe cleaning products is a direct result of what I 've learned through research and application. I have a degree in Business administration and have trained myself through many online classes and workshops for business administration. I have many years of experience in non-profits and organizational training. I understand good leadership to be teaching rather than leading. By focusing on teaching, you groom leaders and that is what leadership is all about to me. When we teach someone to lead, we truly understand leadership. Its about the follower learning to lead, not about the leader dictating everyone's move.
