FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
?I loved metal shop in high school. fast forward some years, I was painting track homes for not a lot of money and not benefits. My brother in law told me about union 469 where he worked for a number of years and always made good money and had good benefits. Although I had to take a pay cut to start my apprenticeship but after the 2nd year in I was already making as much as I did before. When work is good I can make 60-100 thousand a year. But work is really bad right now and I have hungry mouths to feed. I need to work, I don't take any easy ways out. I earn my money, like everybody else should.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Give me a chance, I'll always make a fair bid and the work will always be done in a safe and professional manner.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I think I've covered it for the most part, but one thing I must say is that many claim to know how to weld and say they're great at it, but the proof is in the pudding. I don't eat my pudding until the job is finished to my standards as well as the customers.
