Complete interior painting includes: prep, caulk and prime, body, ceilings, trim, baseboard, moldings and complete exterior painting. The non-painted surfaces will be masked prior to getting any finishes and painted surfaces will be properly prepared, and will be finished in accordance to industry standards. The property will be thoroughly cleaned (power washed). Repairs/Patches made to cracks in stucco if needed. All trim areas will be checked and caulked where needed as well. All non-painted surfaces will be masked or covered.
