I can not recommend Paula's personal trainings enough, especially for those new to lifting, like myself. I came to Paula around two months ago to gain muscle and start learning the basics of lifting and strength training. Over the course of two months I not only reached my weight gain goal, but I also made a good friend. Paula is genuinely one of the sweetest and funniest trainer I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I come from a varied background of swimming, boxing, and cardio but Paula helped me gain confidence in going to the gym and always made it fun to work out with her. Paula is incredibly talented at curating meal plans, setting achievable goals, and creating various workout plans. I was never bored with our workouts since she would switch things around quite often. I would recommend Paula to anyone no matter the age and skill level, she truly knows how to make a person feel comfortable and jumpstart their journey into fitness.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I am transparent about my pricing - you will know everything you need to know going into training with me without any surprises!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I run through an explanation of how everything works from payment to how I structure the workouts depending on the individuals goals. We will run through a quick assessment/workout just so I can get a feel for how the individuals body moves and so they can get a feel for how I train. From there we will discuss a training plan and get a plan of action going!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am NASM certified and have been a personal trainer for 3 years now. I also read informational training books and attend lifting seminars.
