- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As previously mentioned, we do have base prices for each package we offer to remain a profitable company, but we tailor each rental to the individual clients needs. Prices range from $500 upwards to a few thousand dollars depending on the type of event we are booking. It is best to call us to get a better idea for your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get an inquiry for an event we ask a list of basic questions about your event. We ask about your theme, your location, your guest numbers, etc. Then we tailor the package according to your needs. We don't pressure our potential clients because we are always filling our availability regardless if someone chooses to book us or not. With that being said, we recommend you book well in advance due to the high demand of rentals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of business experience, as well as customer service experience. A photo booth rental is all about a service being rendered and we have a 98% success rate in delivering our service without issues or problems.
