- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Clearly, we are not the only production company in town. We may not be the best fit for your required services. That said, we are very skilled in several aspects of the industry and our connections are worth noting. Give us a chance to sit with you and discuss your needs. Then compare us to others and make the decision which feels best for your project. We believe we can earn your business and your trust for years to come.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It is a tricky business. Many have come to us who have been taken advantage of. Because our dreams are driving us to pursue a goal of getting our artistry recorded or our business better exposed, we often approach relationships with producers, having our hearts in our hands. Having been on both sides of this scenario, we hold ourselves to a very high standard, taking our responsibility to your vision very high. It is a good idea to check in on a regular basis to make sure the project is coming along as you wish. Also, keep in mind that it may take some time to accomplish your goal, depending on how much time you are able to set aside. An average video production from 30 seconds to 30 minutes, can take a few weeks to fully produce, depending on the level of special features you want included. A CD project could take a year to produce if you are only available once a week for a few hours at a time. Just understand that we will work with you at your pace with an intention of getting you to your goal in the most professional way we can.
