- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an amazing process that begins with our Office Manager, then moves to our Roof Advisor and finally wraps up with our Production TEAM. ALL TEAM members are roof and paint certified, with OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications. Therefore, a conversation with any TEAM member at any level will be knowledgeable. We pride ourselves on being a service based company and our communication, accessibility, service, transparency and leadership are the best in the industry! Yet, what makes us different, is our ability to adjust, adapt and pivot our processes to meet the needs of ALL of our individual customers and THEIR wants and needs.
