Healing Insight is an extremely knowledgeable, licensed massage therapist Owner. This therapist knows his way around the body because he has studied human anatomy and massage in college. His expertise and technique was highly effective for my personal needs at the time of the massage. If you want harder or lighter then the therapist makes necessary adjustments throughout the massage session. Can’t say enough great info about this therapist! I requested a Mobile Massage Deep Tissue style and that’s exactly what the Therapist delivered. Money and time well invested! Highly recommend and I’m very picky! I've been seeing Sherman for several years (I think it's at least 5 now) and would recommend him to anyone who needs deep tissue or trigger point work. I have chronic neck, back and hip issues and he is very effective at relieving my pain and symptoms. He's not for folks who are looking for light, swedish, or "butterflies and rainbows" stuff. He's a therapist and that's why I use him.

EXCELLENT MASSAGE!! I HAD NECK PAIN FOR MONTHS AND COULD GET NO RELIEF UNTIL I FOUND TRECIA. SHE IS THE BEST MASSAGE THERAPIST I'VE EVER HAD.
