Introduction: I feel as though my services are very personal. If I am hired to do the Day of Coordinating then I will make sure to work with the couple a few times before the event. It is important to me to make sure I know the bride and groom and know what is important to them for that day. I believe that I go above and beyond in my services! I love that I get to be a part of a very special day in another's life. Wedding are such special days for everyone and I love to help create them!

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I have noticed that some brides do not think that it is important to have a hired coordinator there for the day of your wedding. I thought the same for my wedding, plus I had a "coordinator that came with the venue" so I thought I would be taken care of. Im so grateful for my bridesmaids that were there to help me because my "coordinator that came with the venue" was not very helpful. She had never met with me, was not present at the rehearsal and had no idea what my vision for all the set up was. Now all of that being said my wedding was still a beautiful success. It's just "What do I need to know?" is not a question you want to hear from your "coordinator that came with the venue" an hour before your wedding ceremony. So here are some reasons that hiring a coordinator for your wedding is important: 1. You will be able to build a personal relationship with them so that when the wedding day arrives you will have someone there you trust to get the job done. 2. They will know your vision and what is important to you for the day of the wedding so that they can make sure your vision gets created. 3. They will be the main contact person for the day of your wedding. Making sure that all vendors are there and setting up on time. 4. They will have been at the rehearsal to show the wedding party the line up and where to stand for the wedding. 5. They will make sure that all of the decorations, programs, wedding favors, guest book, and all other details are placed where they should be. 6. They will be present during the reception and working directly with your DJ. 7. They will work directly with the photographer to make sure pictures stay on schedule. 8. They will be a personal assistant to the bride and groom the day of the wedding. 9. They will make sure that everyone, including the family, knows where to be at what time. 10. A good coordinator will create a timeline schedule for all of the wedding party and family for the day of the wedding.
