You need to have more stars, because Ricky deserves 10 stars, he is fantastic, so thorough, and personable, our only regret is that we are moving out of state and will miss him so much, wish we could take him with us. He has been our tech for many years and will miss him so much. Take care Ricky.

The owner is very hands on and knowledgable. He serviced my home, was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and even offered to schedule our next service so we could plan ahead. He was excellent and we would definitely recommend Bucksworth!!

Sent them photos of property and got an estimate which was paid. On day of treatment the establishment more than doubled! $72 to $150. The property is my daughter’s and she works nights and sleeps in day. I asked them not to disturb her. So what do they do but pound on her door and wake her up to pay the extra cost! Then they leave the backyard gate open and her dog escapes! (She was retrieved) I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

We clearly explained that there was the potential for a rate increase for "height and density" of weeds and we always reserve the right for a final assment prior to service. We always allow the customer the opportunity to say no, and not conintue with the scheduled spray if we're not all in agreement on price. We even sent another service proposal and warranty with the revised pricing. This customer claimed in his review a few things that were blatantly false. For starters there was supposed to be a check under the door mat so we didn't have to disturb the daughter, there wasn't. He was supposed to answer his phone and he didn't, and we couldn't discuss price or where the the check was left. His daughter whom he was paying for ended up coming to the door right before we were about to leave, and she worked out pricing with us on the difference from phone quote and insisted her father not be called or charged. She okayed the difference and paid for it herself. We sprayed the entire yard, every square inch. We only use the best products and we don't cut corners. Nor do we try to earn anything unfairly. Reviews like this are destroying small business and our country. People like Tim do not know how to be civil anymore and say things just because they feel they're entitled too, even if it's not true. Being irritated is not a rational reason for defaming a business or intentionally trying to harm a person or organization's reputation. Regarding the claim about the dog - we don't know what to believe. Our main priority is to always make sure were taking the necessary steps to lock gates behind us. We would never want anyone's animals out, were animal lovers ourselves. To show that we care, we will be issuing a refund of the additional $78 dollars to the individual who lives at the residence. Please review the service agreement and the customers text, and find the truth. We tried.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We want to make sure each customer is getting "your BUCKSWORTH." We base all our prices on the square footage of your home. Better promotions or discounts come with committing to service for 1 year.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. Get in touch with customer 2. Agree upon service needed and price 3. Email a service agreement for signature 4. Scheduling of appointment for service 5. Complete the first service **If needed we will provide an in person consultation/ inspection.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Each of our technicians has to be certified as an applicator in pest control, termites, and weed control through the Arizona Department of Agriculture. We routinely go through additional trainings and classes every year to stay current on the new technology and education regarding what we do.
