Although my list shows an hourly rate, I charge per window at $3 per plate of glass, which includes inside and out.

A very courteous, pleasant young man came to my door and immediately got to work cleaning my windows. He did a very nice job for a reasonable price. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.
