Nobody likes dealing with a roof leak causing damage inside your house but the guys at Klymit Roofing addressed the roof and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. From the initial phone call to the final walk of the job everybody I came in contact with was professional and truly cared about what I had to say. I’ve heard horror stories of others experiences with contractors but I can say with Klymit never was there a time I wasn’t happy.

I called them late into the evening expecting to leave a voicemail. To my surprise Ryan picked up and took my call. He promptly came out the next day and looked at the wind damage I had on my tile roof. He showed pictures of the damage on my roof and told me what it would take to get it fixed. He was able to fix it the same day. As a favor he also reconnected my condensate line which had become disconnected on my AC. I thought certainly the work needed would be more than what I had done which tells me they I feel they truly look out for my best interest. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly call them for any future needs.

Ryan was fantastic! I had a small repair to my tile roof and he had it fixed within 2 hours of my request for bids. He was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend his business!

Very responsive and flexible. Reviewed repair needed from pictures and then brought a few different tiles to assure of a match and avoid having to put off the repair.

Meet at the residence or property with owner or agent. Have a conversation to determine what is going on and what they are looking for to see if we can be of any help. If it seems we may be able to help based on the conversation had the roof evaluation or area in question takes place and then we will present information/pictures of the existing roof, the plan of action to address such issues, and the cost associated with that solution either on site or as soon as possible thereafter.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
TRI, OSHA, as well as multiple manufacturer training days completed. Having a roofer that has a good relationship with the material manufacturer is a benefit to you the customer.
