- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet at the residence or property with owner or agent. Have a conversation to determine what is going on and what they are looking for to see if we can be of any help. If it seems we may be able to help based on the conversation had the roof evaluation or area in question takes place and then we will present information/pictures of the existing roof, the plan of action to address such issues, and the cost associated with that solution either on site or as soon as possible thereafter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
TRI, OSHA, as well as multiple manufacturer training days completed. Having a roofer that has a good relationship with the material manufacturer is a benefit to you the customer.
