We hired Rojo to serve us dinner for my sisters small wedding reception back at our Air B n B. He was absolutely fantastic! The food and the service was everything we wanted and more. His server, Shelby was also amazing and so sweet. He truly takes pride in his food and for that we are so thankful! They made great food, provided great service and left the kitchen absolutely spotless! If we need a chef again when we are in the area, he will be one we would rehire!

Chef Andrew was creative and helpful, and very professional. The food was DELICIOUS, and I would recommend him and would love to use him again. My guests were very happy, and one is a retired chef!! Absolutely a pleasure to work with!

We custom tailor the menus for each event until it’s exactly to your liking, using a detailed food questionnaire; as well as providing sample menus from recent events relative to the cuisine/menu you’ve requested.
