I use to go to the gym, but it was a little hard for me to stay focused on my workouts. What I needed was someone to to help me push myself to my limits, Shes positive and is focused on your needs. Some one knowledgeable about their workouts. Nadine is all that. Looking to shred some fat she has many workouts she can choose from. I was satisfied with my first week of working out because the workouts weren't always the same and just when you think you're getting familiar with the workouts she throws in some boxing (my favorite). I was sore all over my body. What I have noticed when I've worked out with her other clients is that she modifies some workout because Not everyone is at the same level of fitness or they have gone through surgery and can't do certain workouts. She finds different workout techniques to do if they feel pain or if it's uncfortable. Another awsome thing about Nadine is that she works around your schedule. She cares for for clients. Results, I have seen results in her other clients and I. If you fallow the meal plan and do the workout you will notice the difference in your level of fitness and in your body. I started towards the end of February- May and currently going and I have seen results all over my body from my calves to my chest, everything is coming into shape. Kari will push you beyond what you thought or think you could accomplish. However, Kari will not allow or tolerate negative approaches or excuses, which of course, is a good thing. There are no diet short cuts, pills or supplements or quick fixes to achieving your health goals. Rico is the best trainer I have ever known. He is very knowledgeable about boxing, but his personality is what keeps me wanting to go and learn more. Rico is funny, encouraging and keeps you on point .. makes you believe that you can be a boxer too! My favorite trainer and workout!
Lindsey is very personable and knowledgeable. My main concern is to workout for weight loss and I'm fortunate enough not to have health problems. I told her i'm open to walking, yoga, and will even train in boxing but i'm not into sports or even competitive that way. Lindsey's rates are very affordable for the knowledge that she has and she will also be sending me a nutritional plan. She is creating a training program around me and customizing something to make sure I don't lose the momentum. The best part is that she comes to my house! I would recommend Lindsey to anyone I know and I have booked her to train with me once a week.
Riley was my trainer during a 21-day weight loss program. He was very enthusiastic, attentive and available when I had questions about the program or equipment. He helped get me focused and on track to continue my weight loss and exercise program. During the program, he introduced me to boxing which, it turns out, I totally love! Who knew? I am excited to continue with boxing in weekly classes. Riley ROCKS and I would highly recommend him as a professional trainer!

I've been members at different gyms and crossfit boxes in 3 different states and AfterIt has a great group of trainers who are down to earth, listen, and approachable. They're very knowledgeable and obvious that training is their passion. The attendees are very encouraging and motivating to one another. The attendees range in not just skill set but age and there are variations for everyone to make sure it is a true group workout.
I have been attending Empower 3 Fitness boot camp classes for almost two years! The gym is clean and very friendly. The workouts are tailored to meet the client at their current fitness level and build on that. It does not have the intimidation of a big box gym! They also offer individual one on one training with their fitness instructors. Plus, the cost of the classes are very affordable! So you have no excuse to not give it a try!

Hi my name is Kristen I went to Zach for personal training. I was with him for a year and don't regret a minute of it. Zach is a very knowledgeable trainer and is so dedicated to his work. I trained with him on the avg of two to three days a week while working out at home the other days. He whipped me into shape along with nutrition guidance. He was very professional and not only did he get me in shape, I also learned so much from him to take away and do on my own. If I were ever to walk into a gym again, I would know how to lift the proper way and not be intimidated to do it next to all the men haha!! I would highly recommend Zeus Fitness and Performance and will probably go back to get another butt kicking. Zach was awesome!!
Jerry is a dedicated and experienced personal trainer and brings goal setting upon completion of his assessment after your first workout. Over time as your achieve your goals ( mine were strength and overall conditioning after double knee replacement surgery).We have moved on to additional goals of weight loss and nutrition planning which we achieve by a combination of cardio kick boxing, daily boot camps ( the Saturday ones are special) and personal training sessions. Results: Feel great, greater strength and balance, strong core and yes down 40 lbs. Excellent person who wants YOU to succeed.
Rock Solid Fitness is a great and fun place to work out. I work in the office building next to Rock Solid building and found it be a good place to go for lunch and get a great work out. Tim (the Trainer) offers Kick Boxing, Zumba, & Boot camp, along with work out equipment, if you are not into classes. I go to each one of classes with my co workers at lunch time. We get a good work out with lots of fun and laughter. He has now added another Zumba class so we can get an extra work out on Thursday. If you have not join yet I would suggest you do so. I started with a bad shoulder and with Tim's training, I can do things I could not do before with out pain. I feel so much better then I have in along time. Tim will work with you so you can get the best work out for your needs. I am very pleased with Rock Solid Fitness and Tim, & will be going as long as it is there.
