My wife commissioned Gary to do a portrait of me as a surprise for my 70th birthday. She provided him with photos of objects and places - sports car, castle, map of Germany - and he worked his wonders with them. The result is an excellent portrait which, I believe, captures me and with which I am extremely pleased. A couple of years ago, we surprised my brother with a portrait by Gary.
I would be proud to have more "Kotulas" on my walls and I wouldn't change a thing about the one I've got.

Gary was very entertaining when he did the caricatures for a birthday party. He included each guest at the party on one large piece of drawing paper and by the end of the evening we had a most lovely and fun keepsake that we put in a frame. As Gary does his artwork he also entertains as he has a great sense of humor. It was as if I've known him for many years. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a unique gift for any occasion that will last a lifetime. He's an amazing and entertaining artist!

Not only is Gary an unbelieveable artist,he is quite the entertainer and personality...All 60 guests went home with quite a keepsake..In fact, one friend is using Gary charactature as their facebook profile picture....Gary went way above and beyond and stayed until everyone had their picture....Plus everyone had a ball with him! I would definitely recommend Gary for any kind of party and can"t wait to have another major event so I can hire him....Talented Man!!!!!!
