- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide hybrid training where I train people who live within reasonable distance but also get them custom workout plans for the rest of the week to ensure success. These workouts are tracked via my app with workout videos so they know what to do and how much to do and also me checking in keeps them accountable and in touch in the moments of needing support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what the client really needs is the key - different approach fits different personalities. We talk about their day, when to workout and when and what to eat. Then we do basic moves to see where the client stands with their current fitness level and start workout according to the findings.
