I was moving out of my apartment after living there for six years and the place was, to be honest, a real mess. Norma brought in a crew of three (her and two others) and they worked for an hour and a half. By the time they finished, they had accomplished what I would've thought to be all but impossible - the place looked great! They did an especially good job in the kitchen and bathrooms, the rooms that were in the most dire need of cleaning, bringing them back to a like-new state. All the work was done in a very professional manner and for a totally reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Norma's Maid Service for both big projects like mine as well as ongoing maid services.

Our house was in great need of cleaning. Rosario and her family did an excellent job. I was especially please with the shine on my kitchen cupboards, and the shine of the sinks and shower doors in the bathrooms. I could tell they were a very experienced and professional team. Leslie is professional and friendly. She took her time getting to know my two Chihuahuas before nail trimming. My girls both have a few nails that grow into the pads, so most techs have difficulty getting those particular nails trimmed enough. Leslie was able to do it better than I have ever had them done. My two dogs have been through some serious health issues and are a bit skittish, but they did really well with her. I honestly don't get the negative review at the bottom! Please disregard it. I am really happy to have found Leslie!
Outstanding work! Naomi and two of her associates arrived at the time that we discussed the evening before. She even gave me a courtesy message to tell me she was on her way the day of our appointment. They all worked well together as a team and were very efficient in cleaning my home. Naomi has a very professional and friendly attitude towards her clients. And, her nice smile does not hurt either 😀. During the cleaning, I was asked several times if everything was looking good, and up to my satisfaction. Naomi and her team take great pride in what they do! Aisi would ask questions about my preferences or if she was unsure of what I wanted to do with a particular item. I was so overwhelmed and Aisi made the experience so much easier!

Whether it’s a restaurant I’m thinking of visiting or I’m in need of a plumber, I rely heavily on reviews. When I received bids for my organizing project, several Thumbtack providers had quite a few more reviews than Mandy. Not better, just more of them. I wondered if I should go with the provider who appeared to have done more jobs than Mandy had. In the end, it all came down to communication. To those who responded to my request, I sent a pretty detailed description of what I needed, which included some unusual circumstances. Mandy’s reply was remarkably in tune and on point. She addressed my concerns and spoke to having met this type of challenge before. In other words, I spoke. She listened. She responded. Seems simple, but the other responses I got were more one-sided and didn’t give me the sense that they had heard me. Several didn’t address the unusual circumstance at all, merely promised me they could do the job and what hours they were available. When it came time to have her to the house to tackle the project, it was evident she was a perfect fit. She was motivating without being pushy. She was respectful, asking for permission before peering into my storage spaces. Mandy completely understands that while organizing totally rocks her world, it is overwhelming and a source of anxiety for people like me. If I needed a break, she sensed it, and while I might need to walk away, she kept right on working. Even though there is still much to do (I have her scheduled for several more visits), after her first visit, she left things tidy and looking more done than they are, so that in the week in between visits I won’t feel overwhelmed by a mess or clutter. In short: she’s a delight. She's professional, made me feel instantly comfortable, and actually looking forward to the next round of organizing. That in itself it nothing short of magical!! I could not recommend Mandy more highly.
As a snowbird I appreciate Jessica’s willingness to work around our schedule. She did an excellent job, was on time and I feel her rates are very fair. I hadn’t included our second bathroom in the time allotment, but because she said she had a bit of time left, she did that as well. She went above and beyond.
She responded with in minutes. She was able to fit me in at the last minute. which actually meant she was going to be working well into the night. She saved me from eviction I was drowning in clutter. She asked questions about what I felt my problem area was. She came up with a plan and she was so professional she had me completely trusting her judgement. She did not make me feel bad or embarrassed about my clutter. I was able to follow her lead, that was very important to me because I just was unable to start myself. My place has never looked better. I really enjoyed getting to know her. She is a very caring and kind person. She came in as a stranger and it felt like she left as a friend. I would highly recommend her. I would hire her again.
